What a great location, overlooking the superb sandy beach of St Evette, just outside Audierne (2k). This former club ( still intact on the ground floor) has been returned to its former use as a residence with a very sympathetic conversion of the first floor into two apartments. There is a creperie, and bar adjacent, and a short walk to a restaurant
