Outside: This apartment has no garden, but it does have a very spacious balcony with garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor dining, and another small balcony. Parking within the property.

The house is in the hamlet of Keriec, about 1k from the village of Trelevern which has a few local shops, a couple of restaurants and tennis courts. The supermarket is 3k away. It is a short, pleasant walk to the beach, which is particularly interesting as there are little islands off the coast and the scenery is constantly changing with the tide. This is a very attractive area which is not very busy. Perros Guirec, a lively town with excellent facilities is about 10 minutes drive, the town holds the prestigious ‘Kid Station’ award, based on activities and facilities available, safety and general quality of welcome for children aged 3 - 12 and their families. The walks along the famous Pink Granite coastal path with its wonderfully strange rock formations are not to be missed.
