A very neatly restored fishermans cottage, close to the traditional fishing port of Guilvinec and one of our favourite beaches Le Ster with its shelving white sand ideal for young children.
Pays Bigouden is a quieter area of southern Brittany, famous for its artisanal fishing ports, Le Guilvinec is closeby and well worth visiting. There are numerous sandy beaches and the magnificent sweep of La Torche is very popular for surfing, wind surfing and kite surfing. The local town of Pont L'Abbe has a lovely old centre with good restaurants. Benodet is a 15 minute drive as is the regional town of Quimper, which has a wide range of shopping and restaurants.
