An unusual group of four ( Pivert, Ecureuil, Vallon, Fontaine) very well designed and equipped cottages, set deep in a private wood, yet within walking distance of the popular Cap Coz beach, close to the traditional market town of Fouesnant. The cathredral city of Quimper is nearby, and you can take a boat across the bay to the lively port of Concarneau with its much visited Citadel.
A superb internal conversion of an old childrens holiday centre. The owners
wanted to convert the roofs to thatch but as they are in a conservation area
there are no changes allowed!!

Cap Coz is a spit jutting out into Baie de la Foret with a superb safe beach, very popular in summer with bars and cafes lining the access road. The local town of Fouesnant is a small French town with supermarkets, bars, restaurants and an excellent weekly market.
The well known resort of Benodet, is about 10 minutes drive and has an excellent range of bars and restaurants plus a casino. You can take boats trips to a wide range of destinations from the port.
Quimper,15 minutes away, is an excellent shopping and cultural centre.
"The property was spacious, very clean and well equipped. The owner left local biscuits and cider for us on arrival, which was a nice touch. Although very private and quiet, the property is very close to the local town and beach, making it the ideal holiday destination for us. If we were to holiday in the same area again, we would certainly return here. Highly recommended."
