Pays Bigouden is a fast growing tourist area, that has traditionally been famous for its artisanal fishing ports which land much of France's daily fish. Today these ports are still very active and are a must to visit in the afternoon when the catch is landed. The local town of Pont l' Abbe is the old crossing point of the river of the same name, and has good local shopping and surprisingly some very expensive cloths shops! The property is a delightful small cottage in a quiet position, yet close to the beach near Kerity.

with hob, oven,microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Sitting area with
comfortable seating, TV, patio doors to south facing terrace. Dining furniture.
Shower room with hand basin and WC.
First Floor: Narrow turning stairs to mezzanine with double
bed(9m²), through to twin bedroom (9m²).
Outside: Outdoor furniture and BBQ and a hedge to the front
of the property.

Pays Bigouden is a quieter area of southern Brittany, famous for its artisanal fishing ports, Le Guilvinec is closeby and well worth visiting. There are numerous sandy beaches and the magnificent sweep of La Torche is very popular for surfing, wind surfing and kite surfing. The local town of Pont L'Abbe has a lovely old centre with good restaurants. Benodet is a 15 minute drive as is the regional town of Quimper, which has a wide range of shopping and restaurants.
