area and television, kitchen area separated from the living area by a counter
bar, with conventional cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker
and electric kettle. Double bedroom (140cm) with patio door. Bathroom with
bath, shower over, and twin basins. Separate WC.
Basement:
Washing machine and fridge-freezer.
First floor: Double bedroom (140cm) and twin bedroom. Shower room with large
shower and WC. Although there are beds for six people the owners prefer to
let to a maximum of four.
Outside: Very
large enclosed garden, 2700m², with sweeping sea views, mostly grass with
some flower beds, Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for outdoor
meals. Parking.
Notes: Normal consumption of electricity is included. 5m³ of water per week is
included. Heating extra.

The property is about 1.5k from Locquirec is a picturesque seaside village with an attractive harbour, some good restaurants and cafés, art galleries and beautiful beaches. The nearest beach, La Plage des Sables, is 200m, with fine sand, with also a restaurant overlooking the beach. The historic towns of Morlaix and Lannion are about 20k . The resorts of the beautiful Pink Granite Coast such as Trébeurden, Trégastel and Perros Guirec are within half an hour’s drive. (Perros Guirec holds the prestigious ‘Kid Station’ Award, based on activities and facilities available, safety and general quality of welcome for children aged 3-12 and their families). It is an easy drive from Roscoff, about 40k, and about an hour from Brest airport.
