A spacious modern holiday villa is in a superb position on the Corniche de l’Armorique, overlooking the sweeping bay of Plestin les Greves, and close to the charming little port of Locqueriec one of our favourite North Brittany coastal villages.
The semi detached house is new, very well
equipped, and attractively furnished in contemporary style. It has large
windows making the most of the sea view and creating a light and airy
atmosphere.
Ground floor: Spacious open-plan L-shaped living room with dining area,
comfortable seating, satellite television, CD, video and DVD player. French
windows lead to the terrace. Off the living room there is another sitting
area with sofa bed which may be used if people don’t want to share a bedroom,
(house capacity 6 maximum). The kitchen area is very attractive and well
equipped with a 4-ring hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and electric
kettle. Washing machine. Shower room and separate WC.
First floor: Three .twin bedrooms, one with a private east-facing balcony .Cot.
Bathroom with bath, shower and WC. The house has electric heating.
Outside: The
garden has a large lawn and a terrace with portable barbecue and garden
furniture for outdoor meals. Garage and plenty of parking on the wide
driveway.

Plestin-les-Greves is about 20k from the historic towns of Morlaix and Lannion, situated on the Corniche de l’Armorique, about 4.5k from the centre of Plestin, which has shops, restaurants, tennis courts, bike sailboard and surfboard hire and an excellent Sunday market. The nearest restaurant is at Le Doubon, 2.5k. The nearest sandy beach is only 200m. There are many other beaches within a short drive e.g. on the Locquirec peninsula about 5 minutes, Locquirec also has some great restaurants over looking the harbour, and the resorts of the beautiful Pink Granite Coast such as Trébeurden, Trégastel and Perros Guirec are within half an hour’s drive. (Perros Guirec holds the prestigious ‘Kid Station’ Award, based on activities and facilities available, safety and general quality of welcome for children aged 3-12 and their families). It is an easy drive from Roscoff, about 50k, and about an hour from Brest airport.
