Benodet is a very popular summer resort, with its beach and marina attarcting the crowds. The area is also surrounded by lots of sandy beaches where you can always find a peaceful corner even in high season. You can take boat trips to the off shore islets of Glenan, or cruise up the river for an unusual trip to the cathedral city of Quimper with its lovely old quarter and extensive shopping streets. The property is in a former residential hotel which retains many of its original features from the 1930's, and is just a few moments walk to the beach and port.
