We require an initial payment of 25% of the property rental by cheque. If booking within 8 weeks of departure the full payment is required. Clients from outside the UK should telephone us on +44 (0)1920 469615 or email enquiries@brittany.co.uk for alternative payment options.
French laws require you to be insured for third party liability when renting a property. We offer a travel insurance package to UK clients that provides the necessary cover (as well as medical, personal belongings, cancellation etc). Please include the full relevant premium with your initial payment if you wish to purchase our travel insurance. Full details of the cover are available here. You are entitled to arrange you own cover.
