Carnac is a deservedly popular summer resort. There are lots of different beaches to choose from, just in the town, let alone the many more stretching along the coast and the Quiberon peninsula. The local Sunday market attracts the crowds from miles around, and the adjacent La Trinite has one of the largest marinas in France and is home to many of the spectacular ocean racing yatchts. The property is deceptively spacious and well appointed in a quiet hamlet overlooking countryside, yet within walking distance of Carnac Plage and its five beaches.

Kitchen area with cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave. Access to garage with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. Double bedroom with ensuite shower room with hand basin. Separate WC.

First Floor: Upstairs to 4 bedrooms. Double, twin, and twin (bunks). The fourth bedroom with three single beds is on the second floor with stair access through the bunk bedroom. Bathroom with bath and hand shower, plus additional shower and twin hand basins. Separate WC.

About the local area

Ty Sapin is a semi detached and offer very spacious accommodation that is not adequately conveyed by the exterior photos. The hamlet is remarkably quiet and it is difficult to believe that a short walk takes you to the bustling resort of Carnac Plage, (1k) with its enormous beaches. Plenty of bars and restaurants, plus the recently opened casino make this a very popular resort. Walk in the other direction to the old town of Carnac Ville and you will find on of the best local markets, especially on a Sunday. You must visit the standing stones, even if you are not interested in prehistory. They are remarkable and are one of the oldest man made structures in the world.
